Which neighbourhoods do you service?
We focus on North and East Winnipeg — including North & East Kildonan, Transcona, Elmwood, River East, Garden City, The Maples, and the surrounding areas. If you’re just outside these areas, send a quote request anyway and we’ll let you know.
When do you come out after a snowfall?
Seasonal and per-visit customers are cleared automatically once snowfall reaches the agreed trigger depth. During major storms we work through the route continuously and may make more than one pass.
Do you service businesses?
Yes — we clear small commercial lots, storefronts, and multi-unit residential entrances. Choose “Commercial” in the quote form and tell us a bit about the property.
Do I need to be home when you come?
No. We just need clear access to the areas we’re clearing. Let us know in your quote request about gates, pets, or anything else we should watch for.
What if a car is parked in the driveway?
We’ll clear around it as best we can. For a full, edge-to-edge clear, move vehicles off the drive or onto the street when snow is in the forecast.
Can you come out just once after a big storm?
Yes, that’s what our one-time call-out is for. No contract needed. During major storms, seasonal and per-visit customers on our route are cleared first, so we’ll give you an honest idea of timing when you book.
